Welcome to my first blog. Let me introduce myself. The ‘herd’ call me Callie, Callie Cattle. I’m here to tell my story, as I see it, from the outside in. The good, the bad and the ugly. From the beautiful transition from Ship to Cow Shed, to the ugliness of Ospringe Parking-gate!
I’ll be taking you on a journey of discovery and finding out exactly where this ‘Cow Shed’ lot have come from. What they want with little old Ospringe, their plans, their inspiration and finding out just HOW in under a year they’ve built a reputation for being one of the best restaurants in Faversham (I’m also on a mission to find out just HOW they get that Cow Shed logo printed on top of their burger buns).
Join me in putting their food to the test (I’ve heard their Sunday Roasts are something special). We will be touring their founding restaurant in Birchington – The Cow Shed Bar & Grill (which has also gained a reputation for being the best restaurant in Birchington).
